We were an essential part of the 'First Alfa and Omega Economic-Administrative Congress,' promoting the event with impactful advertisements and vehicles in Cancún, backed by a strong social media strategy. Additionally, we designed corridors, activations, and activities with opinion leaders, enhancing each day of the event and documenting it with high-quality audiovisual productions. An all-encompassing contribution to an event that will be etched in memory.
We stood out through branding services in our role as a new university in Cancún. With the goal of solidifying our position in the top-of-mind of our audience, we oversaw the promotion and essential logistics for the successful 'Economic-Administrative Congress,' held at the prestigious Krystal Urban Center.
The event was a triumph: our two main events, the conferences by Marcus Dantus (with a capacity for 500 people) and Yokoi Kenji (with a capacity for 650 people), both reached sold out status.
An overwhelming response that confirms our lasting impact on the community.



As a full-service agency, our influence extends far beyond event management. We have redefined their identity through a re-branding effort focused on connecting with the local audience. From enrollment campaigns to comprehensive design, we created a distinctive mascot from scratch, along with impactful audiovisual productions and activations. Our portfolio of services goes beyond the standard.

Primary Objective
Our primary focus is to position the university in Cancún within the C and B sectors. Initially, we aimed for 350 enrollments, but our campaigns exceeded expectations by attracting 500 people in the first month. Our success is a reflection of our commitment and effectiveness in the mission we've set for ourselves.
