The legend of the Toh bird is an ancient story of Mayan origin, precisely from the Yucatán Peninsula. It is said that adventurers who venture into the jungles of these regions are guided by the Toh bird to find cenotes, which are natural pools located in caves.

The Toh bird is a solitary bird, always near caves and dark places. Its most characteristic features are its mournful song and its distinctive tail. The tail has a shiny plumage that glistens in the sunlight. This tail moves like a pendulum and is unlike that of other birds in the region.

Strategy

Pajaro Toh needed to position itself as a high-end, exclusive, and innovative project in the city, evolving its bohemian concept developed in the Riviera Maya to integrate into an urban context.

Strategically, a visual identity was designed to help expand the brand's boundaries without losing its essence, projecting Pajaro Toh as the residential proposal where art is experienced in every space.

Under a new approach, the campaign "THE REAL STATE OF ART" was born, aiming to elevate the project and set it apart from existing residential developments. It positions Pajaro Toh as a real estate development where art is not only appreciated but lived as a full and genuine experience
